Cardinals History

The Cardinals traded Ed Blake in 1949 to the Cincinnati Reds for Mike Schultz.

The Cardinals released Moe Drabowsky in 1972.

The St. Louis Cardinals signed Geronimo Pena as an amateur free agent in 1984. 

The Texas Rangers traded Mark Little, Darren Oliver, and Fernando Tatis in 1998 to the Cardinals for Royce Clayton and Todd Stottlemyre.

The Cardinals sent Tyler Greene in 2012 to the Houston Astros as part of a conditional deal.
